Users expressly acknowledge and understand that:

• All blockchain transactions are public and permanently recorded on their respective networks.

  • Wallet addresses
  • Transaction amounts
  • Token transfers
  • Smart contract interactions
  • Deployment activities
  • Trading history, are publicly visible and accessible to anyone, indefinitely, through blockchain explorers and other tools.

Data Usage

We use the collected information solely to:

• Display your profile on the Platform
• Connect your wallet address to your profile
• Enable basic Platform functionality

Data Sharing and Limitations

We do not:

• Sell user data
• Share user data with third parties
• Collect additional personal information
• Track user activities off-platform
• Maintain transaction records
• Store trading history
• Retain usage logs

User Acknowledgment

Users expressly acknowledge that:

• They are responsible for any information they choose to share publicly
• The Platform cannot delete or modify blockchain data
• Third parties may collect and analyze public blockchain data
• Transaction privacy depends on user wallet management
• The Platform has no control over public blockchain data
• The Platform cannot ensure wallet address privacy
